Membership Packages to Fit Your Needs

You can purchase PCAA club membership packages for time periods ranging from one month through to annual memberships.  Membership in the PCAA club provides you with discounts on both remote support sessions and in-house calls.

One Month PCAA Club Membership

You can choose one or more months of membership. The one month membership is ideal if you have just purchased a computer and want to obtain a high level of support for the first months of ownership. This is an excellent option to test out the services that the club provides. You cannot initiate your free remote support session within the first five days of your club membership.

Six Month PCAA Club Membership

The six month membership saves you a total of $24.99 in comparison to the cost of monthly membership. This package is ideal if you require a longer period of support or if you are pursuing advanced hobbies such as digital photography.  The free monthly remote sessions are ideal as quick one-on-one training sessions.  

Twelve Month PCAA Club Membership

The twelve month membership saves you a total of $75.13 in comparison to the cost of monthly membership.  This is the ideal package if you are located significant distances from your families and you want the benefits of a long term security blanket.
