Emergency Support - I need help now...!

Your problem is urgent and you need to get the immediate assistance of a Computherapist. You are not a member of our PCAA club and wish to initiate and pay for an emergency remote support session. 

If you have been a member of the PCAA club for less than five days or if you have already used up your free remote support session, then click here to purchase additional remote support sessions at club discount rates. 

To initiate the session, please follow the steps outlined below.

1. Phone MyComputherapist to ensure that one of our Computherapist can help with your immediate problem.  They will determine the overall time that your assistance will require and will advise you on the number of emergency time units you will have to purchase. Please note that each emergency time unit is valid for up to forty five (45) minutes of remote support. Most simple calls only require one time unit however, if you issue is more severe you may have to purchase two or more time units.
2. Pre-pay for your session by clicking on the add to cart button below.  For immediate attention you must pay for your session with your credit card through the secure Paypal server. Note that we do not know or retain any of your confidential data.
3. Upon notification from Paypal that your payment has been processed, your Computherapist will provide you with a unique user name and password so that you can log onto our site.
4. To log onto our web site your click here to download software that will allow us to remotely control your computer and solve your problems.
