Remote Support - Low Cost Alternative To At-Home Visits

Many seniors obtain great benefits from our remote support services.  This service is for clients that have a high-speed internet connection.  By high-speed, we mean that you do not connect to the internet through a dial up modem.

How does remote support work?

  • You initiate a remote session by phoning your Computherapist.  You will schedule a time for the session.  At the scheduled time, your Computherapist phones you and simultaneously accesses your computer through the internet.
  • You and your Computherapist will see the same computer screen and you can both control the computer.
